I found this via @elsua, but thought it worthy of more than just a retweet.  (Thanks for posting it, Luis.)

How do we as businesses, parents, and citizens prepare for a world in which the top 10 in-demand jobs in 2010 will not have existed in 2004?  Where there are now 31 Billion searches on Google every month, compared to 2.7 Billion in 2006?  Where the number of text messages sent and received every day exceeds the population of our planet?

Does it change your perspective when you consider that China is about to become the #1 English speaking nation in the world, or that India has more honors students than the United States has students?  Should it?

While the video was not prepared by IBM, the themes and implications are certainly in line with the solutions we're working on today.
